VerseEcho Terms of Use

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Version covered: VerseEcho without a VerseEcho account, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or third-party advertising

Agreement and Operator

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Gospel For All Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Gospel For All,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the VerseEcho mobile application and related features, content, websites, and services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the VerseEcho Privacy Policy for this version. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Scope of This Version

This version does not require registration or login and does not offer a VerseEcho account, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or third-party advertising.

VerseEcho enables supported users to record audio, create or receive transcripts and AI-generated summaries, create notes, review recordings, and access Bible content. Feature availability may vary by device, operating-system version, language, region, network connectivity, permissions, and third-party availability.

Only features actually presented in the installed version are offered to you. A future version may be governed by an updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

You may use the Service only where it is lawfully offered and only in compliance with the laws, regulations, court orders, sanctions, export controls, institutional rules, venue rules, and contractual duties that apply to you.

License and Ownership of the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to install, access, and use the Service for lawful personal purposes on supported devices that you own or control. VerseEcho and its content are licensed, not sold.

Except for the limited license expressly granted above, Gospel For All and its licensors reserve all rights in the Service, including its software, design, interfaces, branding, databases, documentation, and Gospel For All content.

Your Content and Limited Processing License

“User Content” means recordings, audio, transcripts, notes, attachments, edits, prompts, and other material that you submit to or create through VerseEcho. You retain the rights that you lawfully hold in User Content.

You grant Gospel For All a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, reproduce, process, convert, display, and store User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the Service; follow your instructions; enforce these Terms; and comply with law. This license is not a transfer of ownership.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the User Content and the processing you request. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights, contains malicious code, or exposes another person’s information without lawful authority.

You are responsible for determining whether you may lawfully record a sermon, worship service, meeting, conversation, event, or other audio. Recording, wiretap, privacy, employment, venue, and confidentiality rules differ by location and context. Before recording, obtain every consent, permission, or authorization required from speakers, participants, churches, venues, organizers, employers, or other affected persons.

After you start a recording, it may continue while VerseEcho is in the background or the device is locked until you pause or finish it, or until iOS, the device, a call, an audio-route change, or another interruption stops it. You are responsible for monitoring the recording state and device indicators.

Transcription, Summaries, and AI-Assisted Output

Speech recognition, transcription, and AI-generated summaries are automated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, biased, or misleading. Review important content against the original recording, the source text, and your own judgment.

VerseEcho does not provide authoritative religious interpretation or legal, medical, financial, mental-health, safety, or other professional advice. AI-assisted output is informational and must not replace qualified professional advice, emergency services, pastoral judgment, or your independent decision-making.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use, edit, share, or publish a transcript or summary and for respecting confidentiality, copyright, privacy, attribution, and other applicable rights.

Confidentiality, Sharing, and Exports

VerseEcho is not a public social network in this version. We do not obtain the right to publicly post your User Content merely because you use the Service. If you choose to export or share content, you control the destination and are responsible for the recipient, platform, permissions, and consequences of that disclosure.

Do not use VerseEcho to store or process information that you are prohibited from disclosing or that requires safeguards the Service does not expressly promise. Protect exported files, device backups, screenshots, links, and other copies outside VerseEcho.

Bible translations, translation names, annotations, audio, and related material may be made available under licenses obtained through API.Bible, directly from rights holders or licensors, or from verified public-domain sources. The content remains owned by its respective rights holder or subject to its applicable public-domain status. No ownership of third-party Bible content is transferred to you.

Access may be subject to translation-specific copyright notices, attribution requirements, regional restrictions, display rules, download or caching limits, content-integrity requirements, and provider terms, including the API.Bible Terms and Conditions where applicable.

You may use Bible content only through the Service and as permitted by the applicable rights notice. You must not remove required notices, alter text in a way that misrepresents a translation, systematically extract content, redistribute a licensed translation, sell it separately, or create a competing Bible database unless separately authorized.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorized access; interfering with security or operation; introducing malware; impersonating another person; accessing another person’s data without authorization; reverse engineering except where a restriction is prohibited by law; scraping or automated extraction; using the Service to violate law or another person’s rights; or helping another person do any of these things.

You may not use the Service or its output to harass, exploit, threaten, defame, discriminate against, deceive, or unlawfully monitor another person, or to create or distribute unlawful material.

VerseEcho relies on third-party technology for functions such as speech recognition, AI-assisted summaries, analytics, diagnostics, Bible content. The Privacy Policy identifies the providers used for this version, the information involved, and links to relevant provider privacy resources.

External websites and services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and security practices. A link does not transfer responsibility for that third party’s independent service to Gospel For All.

Service Availability, Updates, and Changes

We work to keep VerseEcho available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, device settings, storage limits, provider outages, licensing limitations, legal requirements, or regional restrictions. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, operating system, internet connection where required, sufficient storage, and reasonable backups of content you cannot afford to lose.

Support and Communications

If you contact us, you authorize us to use the information you provide to respond, troubleshoot, protect the Service, and maintain a reasonable record of the request. We may send non-marketing service communications reasonably necessary to operate the Service or notify you of material legal, security, or feature changes.

Feedback

If you voluntarily send suggestions or feedback, you grant Gospel For All a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback to develop and improve the Service without identifying you as its source. This provision does not transfer ownership of your User Content.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or discontinue access when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, the Service, or security; investigate misuse; comply with law; or enforce these Terms. Where practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, content rights, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, governing law, and accrued payment obligations—will survive.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Gospel For All disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, satisfactory quality, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so these disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted.

We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of recordings, transcripts, AI-assisted output, Bible search results, third-party content, translations, or links, or that the Service will meet every religious, educational, accessibility, or technical need.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gospel For All and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption, arising from or relating to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed USD 100. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold Gospel For All harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful recording or use of the Service, your User Content, or your material violation of these Terms or another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Gospel For All’s own unlawful conduct.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. State and federal courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction, except where non-waivable consumer law permits you to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a formal claim, you and Gospel For All are encouraged to try to resolve the dispute by written notice and good-faith discussion.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer, privacy, accessibility, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived where you live. These Terms do not require binding arbitration or waive a right to participate in a class action.

Apple App Store Terms

Your license to the iOS application is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms govern the VerseEcho Service and product-specific obligations. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA solely regarding the license to the iOS application, Apple’s Standard EULA controls to that extent.

These Terms are between you and Gospel For All, not Apple. Gospel For All, not Apple, is responsible for VerseEcho and its content, support, maintenance, product claims, and claims relating to intellectual property, privacy, consumer protection, or legal compliance, except as otherwise required by law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Apple-related provisions and may enforce them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, licensing, providers, or our practices. We will post the updated version and date and provide additional notice or request consent when required by law. A material change will apply prospectively to the extent required by law.

General Terms

If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Gospel For All may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or by operation of law, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, the applicable VerseEcho Privacy Policy, Apple’s applicable App Store terms form the agreement governing your use of this version of the Service. Headings are for convenience and do not limit the text.
